After entering the Reggae chart at number nine with his
single “I’m sorry”, in mid August, Asante
Amen has slowly climbed the charts and is now comfortably sitting at number
one. His song has been selected above tracks by Morgan Heritage, Busy Signal
and other established artists.
Taking it all in strides, Asante Amen is staying focused while he fulfills all his professional
obligations which includes; the completion of a couple of albums for different
producers. One album will be for DJ Warm and Easy who is affiliated with the
BBC, while the other will be for Lord Hissayas of France (where he will be
doing a full tour in 2013).
Additionally, Asante
Amen has been signed on as the official brand ambassador for My Jamaican
Zone, a website dedicated to globalizing brand Jamaica (www.myjamazon.com).
