Jamaican Engineer Snysh Hopeful For A Grammy Win Tonight

Recording and Mixing Engineer Snysh is hoping one of the projects he worked on wins at tonight’s Grammy Awards. He recorded the live music to atleast two songs on Jah Cure’s “The Cure” album and also did some of the backing vocals. Additionally, he recorded all the songs on Barrington Levy’s “Acousticalevy” album (both the music and the vocals) and mixed approximately six of the tracks.

Snysh is also the engineer behind the Grammy nominated album “Legacy” by Andrew Tosh (son of the legendary Peter Tosh) that was released in 2010. Not only did he record the entire album but he also mixed it. Unfortunately, he did not get a win back then so he is hoping that either the “The Cure” or “Acousticalevy” wins tonight.

Anyone wanting to have their songs recorded, mixed or mastered by Snysh, should contact MJE at mariajacksonent@gmail.com
