The German Reggae Queen, more popularly known as Roots Queen
continues to capture the attention of Reggae and Dancehall media houses around
the world. Though the artist is now back in Europe (carrying out an extensive
media tour in preparation for the launch of her album) activities she did while
in Jamaica is still being reviewed and enjoyed. One such activity is her recent
interview on Roots 96.1 FM with Dudley Thompson. In the interview, the host is blown away by
Roots Queen’s Jamaican accent as well as her determination to make it in such a

Since returning to Europe, Roots Queen has been engaged in additional
interviews both printed and audio (radio). It was only last week that she was
asked to respond to several questions from the Voice Newspaper (based in the
