THA VOR CONTINUES TO SHOW HIS VERSATILITY IN BOTH HIP-HOP AND REGGAE

Canadian recording artist Tha Vor who is known by many as a conscious, underground hip-hop artist, continues to show his versatility by releasing both dancehall and hip-hop tracks on a consistent basis.

A few years ago Tha Vor, who had always done hip-hop, began studying the Rastafarian way of life. Being of Jamaican background (both parents are Jamaican although he was born in Canada) Tha Vor thought it important that he shared some of his findings on Reggae/Dancehall rhythms. It was then that he recorded “King of Glory”, a reggae song about His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie (www.youtube.com/watch?v=r03Sn1FzH4g). Since then, he has been operating comfortably in both genres and getting the full support of music critics for doing so.

Tha Vor’s music reflects his life, emotions and journeys while also including positive messages when necessary. Both he and his management team want to make it clear that Tha Vor will continue to record both Reggae and Hip-hop as he wants to be able to express himself in all aspects and in all topics.
