Zouk or Zouk Béton is a style of rhythmic music originating
from the Caribbean islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique. It was popularized By
the French Antilles Kassav' in the Early 1980's. The music is known all over the
French speaking Caribbean including islands like Haiti, St Martin, St.Lucia and
many more.
DJ Dalvy, a
Jamaican radio disc-jock, decided to do a mix-tape featuring Zouk and Kizomba
beats after researching about the music online. The mix features a slew of popular
R&B songs remixed on Zouk and Kizomba beats. The mix can be listened to and
