On Tuesday, September 9th the untouchable Maybach
Empire, home of hip-hop stars Rick Ross, Wale and Meek Mill will be having the
annual Rock The Mic Showcase. The
event will see some of the best MCs and lyricists from all over the world
battling it out for a chance to meet a Maybach executive or win $2,000USD in
cash prize.
Tha Vor, a
Canadian based MC will be among the contestants this year. The artist and his
management team will head across the border as he believes he has a real chance
at competing with other top rated lyricists.
Rock The Mic will
be held at Club Pyramid in New York (101 Avenue A), it is hosted by Hot 97s DJ
Absolut and the show starts at 7pm sharp.
