Disc-Jock Redeem who has been working on Roots 96.1 FM (a
Kingston based community radio station) for several years is now attempting to
make the leap to national radio. Hoping to bring a positive vibes to the
station the DJ is campaigning hard to get a slot on Hot 102 FM, which is
arguably one of Jamaica’s most respected commercial radio stations.
As he seeks public support, Disc-Jock Redeem started a
facebook page calling on as many people as possible to support him in his
campaign. Currently he is the host of two shows on Roots 96.1FM, Expression
Fridays which airs every Friday from 6-8pm and Unleash which is on Thursdays from
midnight to 6am. Disc-Jock Redeem is known for his conscious programs and he
vows to take that same energy to Hot 102 if he is given the opportunity.
